Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible in PI 7.1 version

Hi Experts

I am working on a Proxy to SOAP Scenario in Synchronous mode in PI 7.1 , while back it was working and getting back the response back from the SOAP as well,

But sometimes I see the message is in Recorded for Outbound processing status in smb_moni and sits in the Queue, I see the error message as

Runtime Errors OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED

Access using a 'ZERO' object reference is not possible and this says as

An attempt was made to access a component (variable: " ") with a 'ZERO' object reference (points to 'nothing'). An object reference must point to an object (an instance of a class) before it can be used to access a component. Either the reference has not yet been set or it was set to 'ZERO' using a CLEAR statement.

Please let me how can I get resolve this,
