Sales Order Acknowledgement BA00 output

Hi !

We would like the system to automatically set the output device on BA00 printouts to the default output device specified in the user profile (SU3 defaults).

Please let me know if there is a way to do this automatically (without requiring the user to pick their default output device again every time in VA02).

Hi Anisha,

Please try adding LOCL or LP01 printers to your condition records, this way local or system connected printer picked up when user gives output. And and also make the output as 4 send immediately (While saving the application)

The solutions proposed are not useful to me.

Maintaining condition records is not an option for us because we have many users and each one on them could have a different default output device. We would have to set up output condition records by user - and that is not a desirable solution.

Can't the system be made to automatically pick up the output device from the user's default settings (tcode SU3)?

Hi ,

This can be done by maintaining the condition records for your output combination BA00

Goto the transaction code NACE and select the application as V1 and select the condition records in the menu screeen

Choose the OUTPUT type BA00 and choose the KEY COMBINATIONS and click on the combination and Double click on the condition recod and maintain the OUTPUT DEVICE as your require in the COMMNICATION METHOD

maintain condition table

maintain condition types

maintainaccess sequence

maintain procedure

assign output determination to sales doc types

maintain condition record in vv11 click communication and maintain output device,number of copies,spool name

this will automatically trigged in sales order
