Hi folks,

I am actualy looking for proper adminstratino tuning documents for RWB in PI.

> for eg: for some sync scenarios in the channel longs i can click on the msgid hyperlink, in some cases ther is no hyperlink on the msg id.....

some cases in the RWB the messages that flowed tro a channel arnt logged @ the channel...but ths isn't the way its supposed to wrk if am correct.

i actually wnt to chck out if thr is a document out there that;l help guide administrating the RWB.
