Is there any method to create the service request seperately in Service desk?

Rajeev, when you said "create the service request seperately in Service desk you refer to create a Change Request (ChaRM)? to create a Change Request in solman use the tx CHARM_CREATE or CRMD_ORDER (select operations-urgente corrections or normal corrections, etc).

Thanks for the reply. But I am not mentioning about the ChaRM. I am clear about that. We have Incident type support message and Service Request. I want to whether it is possible to create a Service Request seperately from support message?
