Errors when delivering a POf from T_code VL10b

Created a PO, now when i am about to create the delivery using t_code Vl10b it will not deliver all items, check delivery creation log and it shows the following error message "article IP00BN00 has status: To be completed (delivery is not allowed)"

Not sure how to fix this, does this have to do anything with the material master?

Any help will be appreciate.

Hi friend,

Please check whether the PO Item is complete or not, i think some thing pending for the item, check the price and quantity for the item.

Please revert back with frther details if the solution doesn't work
