Error 18 in the update

Hi BW Experts

Thanks in Advance. I am loading data from R/3 to BW by using process chains. I got error message Invalid characters Like '#'. I gave Tcode RSKC and permitted but it is giving the message Error 18 in the update.

Kindly provide with valuable advises your help will be appreciated.
