CATS & WBS -CJI3 is not showing actual cost against WBS for CATS Time Entry

I entered time against a wbs element and network actiivty. I approved it and transfered it to PS via CAT5.

Now, when I am running CJI3 for actual cost, the cost against network acitivity is being displayed but not against a wbs element.

I checked again in CAT5 to transfer the time to wbs, but it says there is nothing left to be transfered.

Any ideas on what could be the possible problem?

Use CATA and under target components choose Controlling.
