Multi Login Possible with RF Device

Hello All,

We are able to logon to the Quality system by using the RF Device and also to the same system by using SAP GUI from the PC.

Where as If you are logged on to SAP GUI in Desktop then RF logon is not possible.

Can you please help me out.

If you 1st login through RF device using ITS and than through SAP Gui it will allow you. As SAP Gui allows multiple login it will allow you . But other way it will not allow you to login .

Thanks for the reply.

I am using the ITSmobile functionality.

We dont want the Multi Login, as we know this is not the best practice.

Currently i am testing the service from sicf transaction.

Please let me know in case any more information needed in this regard.

Can you elaborate a bit more? What type of connection do you have from the RF device? ITSmobile or Sapconsole?

And what situation do you want: do you want to be able to logon multiple times or not?
