Customer Master-Need to know the date when the customer was last updated

hi,

is there any field where i can see the last time(date) when the customer was updated i am able to see the Created date in the KNA1

table but the changed date is not there is there any other table where i can see the date when the customer was changed or updated.

Hi

Go to VD04 give your customer number with other inputs and press enter. You will get a screen wherein you can see all the changes with the dates.

You can use the table and field CDHDR-UDATE to get the dates of the changes.

Hi,

You can get the change logs from the XD03 transaction

Goto the XD03 and enter you cstomere and in the ENVIRONMENT--CHANGE LOGS will display the changes done last

OR

Goto the Transaction SCU3 and give the Table name as KNA1 and execute the transaction

Here you will get clear cut information on the date, Value and user who did the changes.

It will also show the Old value and the new Value.

Hi,

Ther are two ways to know the last change.

1)Goto XD03 T.Code,

Enter the customer number.

Enter.

Click on Environment>Account chnages>all fields.

Here you came to know all the changes.

2)Use the tables CDHDR and fetch CHANGENR

Pass it to CDPOS to get the changes.
