Hi Experts
Scenario is like
I have to calculate Sales representative sales wise commission
in my client don't have HR Module
so i have to create Sales representative first
and
those order get from sales representative should consider their commission
and
if the customer return the goods which order got by that representative should deduct the commission for that sales order
can you please guide how to map above scenario

Dear Hanumant,
For the simple sales employee commision process there are lots of threads already discussed here. You can have a search for that.
Regarding the Returns, i will suggest to make Sales Employee as a partner in return also. So whenever the commision will post the acounitng entry on that case will DEBIT the Sales employee.
