How to assign the BP number into the user

Hi Experts

I am doing the configuration of Change request management(CHARM).

I am unable to change the status of the maintenance cycle (Tcode CRM_DNO_MONITOR). I have raised the message to SAP. One of the consultant replied saying "To solve this issue please firstly assign a BP number toyour user".

Can you please tell me how to assign the BP number into the user

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Hi,

You can create the Business Partner using BP_GEN Txn.

Maintain your business partner in role Employee (transaction BP). Go to tab "Identification". Give your user name there.
