Hi Gurus
I have configured SAP e sourcing 5.1 and have got SMTP settings in place. When I create a buyer account using enterprise user i do get a email containing the username and system generated password.
The problem is I am not able to login using this username password.it doesn't show error message but simply doesn't login.
I have folowed the following sequence of steps during installation.
1. Set up Enterprise Context and given default cluster as system Default Cluster.
2. Crated Cluster lets say "Cluster1" and given the hostname.
3. Logging in as enterprise user I have made the local buyside directory active and in it given the cluster as cluster1.
4. Changed the enterprise default cluster as cluster1.
Plz let me know whether i have missed any steps while making the necessary settings and what could be the reason for not able to login.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
The user id is case sensitive. If your directory is LDAP, probably your user id would haev upper and lower cases. Check if you are typing the exact case when you login.
