Hi,
We have a BI report that is accessed from CRM 5.0 Win GUI.
The SSO isn't working, as the Username/Password is being prompted for BI.
I have set the profile parameters login/create_sso2_ticket=2 and login/accept_sso2_ticket=1 in CRM
I have added the trustedsys etc.. to BI Security Provider - Evaluation Ticket in Visual Administrator
The CRM certificate is imported into BI Java (and BI ABAP strustsso2 and ACL, but don't think this is needed).
Any ideas?
Thanks in Advance
Didn't know there was such a thing as a BI Java system...
On the ABAP stack, does SSO work in other scenarios, or is this your first one?
What might be worth checking is whether the system is configured to force the Logon Screen. There is a parameter for this in the login/* range, but I am not sure of the exact name.
Cheers,
Julius

Hi,
I meant the BI Java stack, I'm sure you got what I meant
The ABAP stack on BI accepts tickets from other SSO scenarios I've setup.
I think I've got a bit confused with it, as the other SSO scenarios I've setup have been a Java stack issuing the ticket, and an ABAP receiving it.
What I am trying to setup here is the ABAP stack for CRM Win GUI sending the ticket to be recieved by BI
A Logon screen is not forced when I access BI from a Portal.
I will have a look at those settings though.
Thanks
Phill
