Documents-Diagrams in Sales order

Dear Fnds,

We are using all Make to order products ,so we have product diagrams in Central-local server.

When iam booking the sales order i need to send Wiring diagram also...

How can i make the link between DMS to Sales order.

hi,

you have to use object linking for perticular document type which needs to be attached with sales order.

Use DC10 to do config for document type and object linking.

Hi ,

I am using Variant configuration product ,While selecting the VALUES .System derived the Wiring Diagram number (This number i created in DMS).

While iam send the Sales order to my customer , i need to track this path of the Wiring diagram and i need to send to customer)

If we have any fields or Functional modules..are there? or Is there any way to solve the Issue.

hi,

1.I think, u r compfortable for establishing Link between DIR and Sales order.

2. Using documenet distribution u can send this to Customer.

3. very impartant;

u could link your diagram simultaniously sales order and customer; needs configuration in define object link, set flg additional choose first object 'VBAP' second Customer 'KNA1'. then use Document distribution, this u could trace yur document along with customer nuber.

Create document in cv01n

and attach it to the sames order....

wht is ur requirement, u want the document to flow ....from sales order to ????????

can you give your requiremnt ............more details pls
