Archive and Deletion of XI Messages

Hi All,

I have configured the Archiving and Deletion jobs in my XI Server.

But there are a few messages with message status 014 which are not getting deleted even though they have been marked for deletion.

The main issue is that i'm not able to cancel and delete these messages when i cancel it gives me an error not able to access the persistant layer and while restarting it says Unable to retrive the logon data.

Any pointers on this regard will be appreciated. I have already tried checking the notes for Archiving and Deletion and also the linked notes to them

To cancel messages in status 14, run RXSMB_CANCEL_MESSAGES. They will then be moved to status 21 (Cancelled Manually) and will then be processed by the next archive job.<br>

Does any one has any inputs or thoughts on this issue.

I am able to delete all the pending messages except the ones with status 014
