multiple As400 Invoice in single IDOC

hello gurus,

Hope you are doing well.

I want to check one thing that, is there any way to add Multiple AS 400 Invoices in a single IDOC in SAP.

Please lemme know how to do it.

As well as let me know how to import AS 400 INVOICE in SAP (via IDOC). I need proper steps. please suggest me the links or document if possible. You can directly send the document to rhishabh.vyas(at)ahoo.co.in id.

Hi Rishabh,

Use concept of Idoc Packaging:

Posting single IDoc can be done by a simple Message Mapping between source message type and the imported IDoc structure in XI. But in case of multiple record-set from the source side it is not possible to create multiple IDocs instances in XI message with a the same imported IDoc. For this purpose the IDoc structure needs to be changed to have occurrence 0:unbounded. This is done by exporting IDoc to XSD and adding maxOccurs expression. This XSD is reimported to XI as External Definition in Interface Objects and further used in the Message Mapping.
