Hi ,
Please find below the details of Import Requests from 2 systems - AFS and Retail.
Notice that the User has changed to TMSADM now whereas earlier it showed the User ID who had imported the request. Now we are not in a position to identify the person who has moved the Transport. How / From where is the User getting picked up?
First we thought it was due to Change Request Management (CHARM) process but then we were proved false as the same is not happening for Retail Sytems which also comes under CHARM.

Hi Rajesh,
I think the user TMSADM is shown when someone triggers the import from OS level using the TP command.
Someone needs to login with <SID>ADM user at OS level to run TP.
