Hello

Can we have ability to designate a Project as temporary and allow time and expenses to be entered, but ensure no billing is done until temporary status changed .

can we do this through User status or through some other means?

Need not use user status instead unflag the billing control indicator at the WBS. It will NOT allow creation of sales order assignment for the wbs.
