Hi Experts,
We have issue in the DP data load through the CIF.
We can take material P1. In R/3 transaction MD04 showing below:
Stock -> 150
delivery note -> 100 (stock in trasit for delivery and yet to deliver).
In APO stock in hand showing as 150 similar to MD04. As the delivery note created for 100 qty this needs to be deducted and should be shown as 50.
Please advice how to make the changes/Calculation in the Stock either in R/3 or APO.
Thanks,
Saravanan V
Hi Saravanan,
Run transaction /sapapo/ccr for stocks in APO, clear all the inbound and
outboud queues, do iterations and check.

Hi all,
Actually delivery qty is also in the unrestrcted stock of storage location. Hence we identified the open delivery qty and reduced from the stock through user exit and issue resolved.

Hi,
We couldn't see the transit stock quantity in the key figure "stock in transit". Macro also having someother calculation.
R/3 Stock also not showing the stock with addition to trasit stock. (stock = original stock + stock in transit)
Please let me know how we can restrict the stock in transit quantity transfer from R/3 to APO.
Thanks,
Saravanan V

Senthil,
Thanks for your reply.
We don't have problem to get the stock.
Our concern is need to deduct the delivery note quantity from the stock quantity.
Please help where we can do the calculation before move the stock quantity to APO.
Thanks
