SXMB_MONI very strange issue in PI 7.1 system

Dear All,

scenario SAP ECC as system A and a JDBC database as system B

comm is A - proxy - PI - JDBC - B

other scenario SAP ECC as system A and .net app as system C

comm is C - SOAP -PI - Proxy -A for request and reverse for response

transport ack is requested in all scnearios.

Everything is working fine except for one strange thing which started yesterday and is still continueing even after restart...Now the strange thing.........in SXMB_MONI for A to B scenario means Proxy to JDBC scenarios are showing waiting ack status but if we double-click the msg, we can see the ack is successful...............for A to C scenarios, ack is displayed as successful......

Only for JDBC this ack status in displayed as 'Still Waiting ack' in overview of msgs in SXMB_MONI even though inside the msg, the ack is successful and the data is getting processed in database also.......So everything is working but why is the status not getting updated in overview for JDBC msgs............Moreover i noticed one more thing, that the status is getting updated in overview for JDBC msgs also but after 8-9 hours..................

Plz help guys why ack status is not getting updated immidiately even after restarting the complete PI server..........

check as below

1) if synch or ack is there check weather it is received (queue)

2) check in SAP tables about status of perticuler message id

3) ask BASIS guys to run DBSTATISTIC
