Help with Service market place

Hi guru's,

I am new to BW and trying to do BW CRM extraction. How can i make use of service market place and where can i find the necessary information with regards to do troubleshooting. Pls provide any of ur experiences to pav1.sdn@gmail.com.

Hope you might be having service market place ID. Easiest way to play around is After logon to service market place in the top right hand side you will see quick links you click on that every thing will be listed in alpha Betical order and you could go directly to the topic which ever you want.

for BW you can go directly

www.service.sap.com/BI

for CRM

service.sap.com/crm
