Problem with User Profiles in Travel Management

Hi,

We're having some sort of problem while doing the Travel Expence where it will end with error that says "Enter valid beginning date" for no reason(although the correct date format entered). But it happen to be to only some user ids which we cannot figure out what the group they are belongs to(occurs randomly). Our abapers already debuged the TRIP pgm and they found that this is cause by a field in a table PTRV_USERPREFS(User Profiles in Travel Management). For some reasons, the ITINERARY field is valued 'X' for those problem ids and it seems blank to others.

So, is there anybody who knows where/what the source that trigger the value for table PTRV_USERPREFS or anyone who ever experienced this prob?

The table PTRV_USERPREFS is filled with user preferences, in the TRIP transaction the menu path is Extras - Settings... The itinerary indicator seems to control Additional destinations data fields to be open/closed by default.
