Planned Cost Zero or Negative

Hi,

I am planning cost through networks. Say planned cost is 1000 in project, i am inputting 1000 manually in Sales Order in conditions tab under PR00 condn type. So value of Sales order is 1000.

When i save the Sales order and open the project builder, it shows zero value in total cost as it subtracts that 1000 value in project plan. Same zero is displayed in report S_ALR_13533 in planned overall column. But in the other columns like Remaining Order plan and Assigned overacolumns, 1000 is displayed.

I tried inputting 1200 value in the another sales order and for another project, It shows -200 Negative value. Whereas that project plan value was also 1000 only. Other columns in report are unaffected.

Please suggest.

Hi,

The cost element category 11 is only maintained in Revenue element.

Hi,

I tried CJEN. Still no change. What else could be the problem.

I tried running CJ42 to check planned revenue parallely for another project, and checked revenue reports. There i am getting negative value for planned revenue. It should be positive or negative in standard function?

Is there anything wrong with the cost elements in CO?

Ya it is working. The material that was assigned to sales order had different cost element category.
