CEN: Create remote monitoring entry failed

We have SAP Solution Manager EHP 7.0 (SP20) and have problem to add a SAP system for system monitoring.

This satelites system was upgraded from 7.00 to 7.01 and therefore deleted and recreated via SMSY.

Now It is not possible to assign the RFC connections for system monitoring. These fields can not be choosen there.

When I try to create a new entry for the satelite system via RZ21 I get the following errors:

<SID_>RZ20_COLLECT_155948 Error when opening an RFC connection

Error during remote call of SAL_MS_GET_LOCAL_MS_INFO function: Error when opening an RFC connection

Error during remote call of SALC function: Error when opening an RFC connection

Error during remote call of RFC1 function: Error when opening an RFC connection

Any helpful information will be very appreciated!

I have been also facing the some what similar issue.
