VV31 - Error when creating mail data

Some of our users when they try to create a condition record in VV31:

- output type LRAU

- key combination 'sales org/ distribution channel/ payer'

- function 'MA'

- medium '7'

- date/time '4'

are getting an error: 'Error when creating mail data' - Message n°: VN363.

When I recreate the user, it works fine for this new user-id.

I thought it could be linked to ADR6 table entry issues? Because, so far, all of these users who had problems, had a sequence number higher than 1 for their address in ADR6.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Hi,

is LRAU your custom output type for billing? Couldn't find it among std types... if so, why haven't you followed Y/Z naming convention?

Which output type did you copy LRAU from, what changes have you made?

Error msg text is pretty strange, please post more informatiom about your settings.

Error when creating mail data

Diagnosis

During the creation of the mail data, an error occured:

a) during condition record maintenance (creation of the TEMPLATE)

b) during output processing (creation of the MESSAGE object)

Procedure

a) Delete the condition record and create it again.

b) Repeat or change the output.
