Substitute Approver

Hello,

Is there a table (or a combination of them) from where I can extract a list of all those approvers who have not setup their substitutes in SRM4.0 ? I am aware of the table HRUS_D2 but that is not solving my purpose. Also the client doesn't want a report to be created...SAP query if possible would do. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

In the table : HRUS_D2 is the table where the subsutitue approvers are stored.

for any approvers if there is no substitute approver then you will not find any name inthis.

this table will solve your problem

your client wants a list of all those approvers who have not setup their substitutes in SRM4.0

You could try creating a query via SQVI and use tables USR01 and HRUS_D2.

USR01 contains all user IDs and HRUS_D2 will give you all the users that have set up substitutes.

So that you only select the approvers, I suggest that you extract a list of these from the specific approver role via PFCG and then use this as the selection criteria for your query.
