enhancement package installation

Dear ALL,

Solution manager support pack level SAP_BASIS u2013 16 SAPKB70016, SAP_ABA u201316 SAPKA70016, ST-400 17 SAPKITL427.

In maintenance optimizer when we create new task I am not getting option enhancement package installation. I am getting only maintenance.

Please kindly suggest how to resolve this problem.

ST 400 cannot go to sp17 and is not supported by SAP. You have to go to the EHP1 for Solution Manager which you can do as a support stack and no major upgrade required. SP stack 19 will move you up

As per SAP you will not get this option for solution manager.

Hi,

the system for which you want to download EHPs must be defined in SMSY under the product version SAP ERP (and not SAP ECC!).
