Header Area Personalization - Welcome Text

The standard portal in the Header Area shows Company Branding, Welcome Text and Function Links. In the Welcome Text how can we hide the saludation (Mr. Ms. etc).

We want to see for example, "Welcome Jorge Castro" and not "Welcome Mr. Jorge Castro"

please modify the User Display Name parameter in UME parameter.

Hi Jorge

is the user name coming from R3 system ( means u used R3 system + java datbase as datasource)

than look at the R3 side the using SU01 the first name contain Mr. remove it.

or u create a user under portal.

edit the user and look at the first name of the user

which contain Mr. Jorge

remove Mr. and assign on Jorge to first name.
