Hi All,

What all things include in any SAP end user documents.

I mean any flowcharts, drawings, process, procedures or anything else apart from these.

Thanks

Dev

Hi,

End user training document could also include materials which users will need for working with SAP, whether it is a task-based User Guide, Online Help, or simple Quick Reference Cards.

The training document could also include tutorial interactive simulation. It simulate the user's working environment exactly, thus enabling the employees to easily familiarize themselves with new programs and processes without affecting a productive system.

Hope this will help.

Hi,

To have an idea as to how an End User Document would look like please visit

<a href="http://www.hostlogic.hu/caghelp">End User Documents</a>

Although not all the scenarios in this documentation would suit your purpose, still you can use this as a template.

Hi Dev,

Please ensure the following to be included in End user documents.

1. Conceptual background

2. Intergrational Back ground

3. Importance of key fields

4. Step by step process

and it is always preferable to include screen shots and work flows which will be easier to uderstand.

Santosh
