Installation and Configuration of MI 7.0

I have installed MI 7.0 and I am not trying to get to the point where I can start configuration of MI. When I go to the NWA screen and choose system management - administration - mobile infrastructure and any of the tasks under mobile infrastructure, I am receiving the error "Failed to get hierarchy group elements from middleware. Reason: Could not connect to middleware"

Does anyone know what connection is used from the NWA to connect to the Backend so I can fix this problem?

To use the Mobile Administrator you must configure the service, and create a copy of the service for every required language.

That was exactly the problem. I tried to use the default service without copying it. Once I copied it and made a EN version it worked fine. I guess I should have followed the documentation closer.
