Restricting DP Selection creation by User

Hi,

We have scenario where a planner in a country X should be not able to create selections belonging another country Y. Question is how to bring this control..any authorisation objects which basis team can define for user so that he can not create selection with assigned charateristic values.

Hi Manish,

You may try working on the authorisation object C_APO_FUN

within this there are authorisations for C_SELALL, C_SELECTION, C_SELE. You may work with them to identify which one solves your issue.

Hi Manish,

You can use transaction /SAPAPO/SDPUSET - User Settings for Interactive Planning

in which you can maintain the selection id with the corresponding user name.

In this process, each selection id will be restricted to a particular user.
