RLAUTA10 (1 TO for all TR possible?)

Former Member

Dear all,

we use report RLAUTA10 to create TO from TR.

I expected to get only one TO for all TR involved in a batch job run.

Instead of that we get e.g. 20 TO if 20 TR are involved, so a one to one relation.

Is there a simple possibility/customizing feature to put those e.g. 20 TR into only 1 TO?

Thanks.

Kind regards

Dominik

Check if TO split functionality is active for the warehouse number.

If yes, it needs to be deactivated.

It is activated on the combination of warehouse number, mov. type, source storage type and destinatiion storage type.

Hi dominik,

rightly said by dev.

I would also like to add one more point to this, using LT41 you can create 1 TO for it (assuming they go all to the same dest. storage type). If dest. stor. type is different then probably you have to use exit MWMTO012. Also with LT42 you need to press enter as many times as no. of TRs.

Hi all,

thanks again.

Just to get it right: So we don't need RLAUTA10 anymore and we need to do the following steps?

1. RLLNACH2 => to create TRs (only movement type 319)

2. LT41 => to group TRs (only movement type, all same destination storage type, even source storage type is the same for all TRs)

3. LT42 => to create TO

Correct?

I just want to avoid to go in the wrong direction while testing/creating a prototyp.

Since it seems that it not possible to run a job for LT41 an LT42 we've to call both transactions manually. Correct?

HI Dominick,

Inspite executing RLLNACH2 report you can perform LP21 also.

& Rewrd with the Point (At left of each post) , if any post is helpful.

HI ,

Before creating TO Try LT41 to create group the TR then, process the same by LT42 againts the Group.

Hope this will work.

Hi Dominic,

After going through your requirement it looks you need to group the TR and create a TO...

Check this option works for you

Hi Dominik,

It is not possible to create one TO for several TRs. However, for one TR, you can create several TOs.

If you could explain the reason why you want to create one TO for multiple TRs, we may find alternatives to address this requirement.

Hi,

thanks to both of you for your replies.

The reason why we want to have only 1 TO for several TR is that we want to have only 1 printout instead of e.g. 50.

1. We first run report RLLNACH2 (Replenishment Planning for Fixed Bins) to create TRs (based on relevant deliveries).

2. After that we run RLAUTA10 to create TO

What happens now is that RLLNACH2 creates let say 50 TR and RLAUTA10 therefore creates 50 TOs and therefore we get 50 printouts. So the worker has to take his 50 papers to do the replenishment.

We only want to have 1 list/printout to make it more convenient for the worker.

Thanks.
