I have a problem in which a user who is logged into our Central Federated Portal (Consumer) and then they access our SNC system via the SNC Portal (Producer) and within that portal access the SNC 5.1 WEB UI. Now when they click to logoff of the Portal system it does log them off of the portal system, however, it leaves them logged in in the backend. Now if they try to go into the portal again and acces, say, Work Order Overview (just an exmaple) it tells them that the report is already running in their name. Is there a way to force the user to logoff teh backend when they log off the portal?
