What are the typical steps involved in End user training.
And what is meant by technical writing.

Dev
Hi,
The typical audience for end user training are usually:
- Users and superusers in organization who are running SAP R/3.
- Personnel at Competence Center who are answering questions on FI functionality.
- Also Senior and middle management.
Hope this will help.
