Partial delivered quantity

Hi,

Could any body tell me the table name where i can veiw the partail delivered quantity against ordered quantity or confirmed quantity in a sales order

Check VBUK and VBUP tables.

Table VBEP have the field "Confirmed Quantity".

Yes, the option is available but i need to check two table regarding this, where as i am looking for one table. Any ideas?

You need to create a query through SQVI and table join VBAP and LIPS so that from

- VBAP you will get ordered quantity and from

- LIPS you will get delivered quantity

Hope you are aware of how to achieve this through SQVI

Exactly this can be done through Query but i was looking for a single table or any standard SIS.

Hi,

Check table VBFA.

In the predecessar document, enter the sales order number.

If you find value in follow on document, with SubCt value as R, then you can check the value in the quantity field.

Once delivery document is PGI'ed, a material document is created for the line item with SubCt as R in table VBFA.

I am not looking for status wise but looking for quantity wise.
