Hi,
I have to do following tasks, please tell me how to setup mails in SRM. Pls send me steps by steps procedures.
Tasks to be done are:
1) Setup SAP SRM that the module sends out mails like the below. Recipient will be
an ISS DK user using outlook
2) SAP has to check a mailbox on the global exchange environment (once an hour
or so) and has to process all mail that came in (approve or reject)

Hello Anee,
Firstly please ask the Basis colleagues to set up SAPConnect (transaction SCOT) to send and receive mails. Refer to OSS note 455140 for some points to consider.
1) Sending mails
Once SAPConnect is set up properly you can use one of the following reports to generate an approval email, which is put into SAPConnect for sending to Outlook:
Reports to generate emails: RSWUWFMLEC or RBBP_NOTIFICATION_OFFAPP
2) Receiving Offline approval
Please refer to OSS note 607108 and there are also quite a few entries in this forum.
