PM Orders not getting generated using IP30(Deadline monitoring)

Hi all,

Scenario is

While running IP30 in background, variant is

Maintenance plan category - PM (Maintenance Order)

Interval for Call Objects - 31 days

the job runs on first day of every month at 6 AM.

On 01/06/2009 it ran fine..Orders were generated.

but on 01/07/2009...no order was generated.....In Log for IBIP using t-code IBIPA, i found there were errors that PM Object : Maintenance planning plant is not entered in user master record.

On 01/08/2009..also there were no orders generated and same errors came.

I dont know why it is giving this error, when i have maintained Main. Plann. plant.

plz. check in maintanance plan>in maintanance plan scheduling parameter tab> check whether 'completion required' in activated.

when 01/06/2009 Orders were generated, inspection lots are also created, check whether usage decision for the same are done.

if no take usage decision and then run ip30, orders will get generated for sure.

Basically this happens because of 'completion required' activation.

Hi,

Pl. check for your task list maitenance strategy. Are they fall within your schduling period.

Pl chcek for scheduling period , call horinons, tech completeeion requirement tick at Maint plan is it set.

Pl. check maint plan active / inactive

Alsio min one call should have waiting status as IP02 schedule should under hold mode

Pl. check Is reschduling tick there at IP30 in your background job.

One of the factor may affect for non creation of call object that is maint order.
