Conversion from IDoc to OAG Format

Hi PI Expert..

We have 2 scenarios to deliver based on customer requirement:

1. Conversion from IDoc INVOIC02 to OAG XML Format

2. Conversion from PO in OAG format to IDoc ORDERS05

Is there any any on hands document or any experience to mapping from IDoc to OAG Format? Thanks

Hi Andri,

If you have experience in creating the message mapping , then it is very straight forward.

Get the OAG XML structure (Which would be a XSD file) from whoever receives the PO.

Import it as external definition.

Read this to know how to import:

Then you can create a Message Type and message interface based on your external definition.

Use your IDOC structure as the source and the message interface that you have created as the target.

The mapping between fields will be determined based on the mapping rules that you have defined.

Hi, the conversion must be easy but you need the XSD definition file for your OAG XML files. Then you upload the XSD as an external definition and use them into the necessary mappings

The application that uses the OAG file must have a way to get the XSD definitions I hope...
