Follow-on document(s) not transferred status in SC even after FOD created

HI Experts,

we have a SC with status Follow-on document(s) not transferred but when i checked the SC followon documents are created but the status remains as Follow-on document(s) not transferred.

How can i make this disappear from monitoring of SC.Is there any FM to perform the same

kindly suggest

Hello Subbu,

Have you checked the follow on document is created in ECC?

Run the reports with your shopping cart number.

BBP_GET_STATUS_2: Update requirement coverage requests

CLEAN_REQREQ_UP : Interval for update check

This should help.

i have done this earlier and now aslo(executing the reports) but i did not find any change.

yes,follow on docuemnt is created for SC.

It remains same in SC and also in RZ20 against Not transferred to backend.

Hope you are in classic deployment

your PO will be created in ECC only.

update BBP_PD status here for your sc.

get status job brings the PO information to SRM.

yes we have classic deployment.system has created a follow on docuemnt(reservation) in R3.

below is the status we have in BBP_PD for SC

EADER I1015 Awaiting Approval X

EADER I1021 Created

EADER I1038 Complete

EADER I1106 Shopping cart ordered

EADER I1129 Approved

000000001 I1111 Item in Transfer Process X

000000001 I1112 Error in transmission

000000001 I1113 Follow-on Document Created

000000002 I1111 Item in Transfer Process X

000000002 I1112 Error in transmission

000000002 I1113 Follow-on Document Created

Jobs are running fine with out any logs i ahve problem only with one SC.and user is behind me.

I know this is vague but still can you check if there are any entries maintained in the BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB ??? If there are any entries try clearign the entries and also try executing the FM BPP_REQREQ_TRANSFER.

Did you check if there is any issue with the workflow ?? there could be multiple/duplicate work items created for this particular SC! Can you check in BBP_PD if there are any multiple work items for this SC ???

Hi Kalyan,

This Sc is having single level approval.There is no multiple or duplicate workitem generated.

i am not getting why the status remains same even after executing so many FM.
