Is it possible to have a smartform that is signed with a signature?
If so how do we do it?

You can upload your signature as a graphic through SE78 and can use it.

As mentioned above , First scan the Signature , upload into SAP Document server,
Now create a window in the smartform and use that image in that window.

Sorry, not a normal signature a digital signature (certifikate).

But as the author also noted the answers here are still pictures or can only be used with abdobe forms.
we need a digital signature (ex. from Global sign) to be attached to a PDF created from a smartform.
