Dear Experts,
I activated Project cash management for monitoring future payments for vendors (CJ48).
My question is - is it possilbe to set up budget availabilty control for these planned payments. I mean avoid overruning of budget when planning payments. In other words not to plan more payments than is budget for certain project.
I already checked tolerance limits for budget, but nothing found for planned payments. Is there any other way?
Thank you for your time!
Hi,
As per the standard SAP, this is not possible to set up the availability control at the planned payment level.
Availability control will calculate the assigned value only for the Value type : Act./Plan/Stat.Act./Stat.Plan/Commt, where as Planned payment is value type 62.
Hope it helps...
Thanks!!!

hi
in the tolerance limit if the activity ++ is there then defintely the system will not allow more than budgeted value.
