Assign T-code VA01 to the action box in QN

Hello,

Can you help me on a issue where i want to assign Create sales order T-code to the Quality Notification (Customer Complaint) Action BOX. Kindly help.

Hi

You have to create a 'z' function module to call transaction VA01 and assign it in the action box configuration.
