PO not gettiing Updated when changes are made( Urgent Help)

Hi,

I have an issue related to Extended classic scenario, I created a PO in SRM with PO quantity 1000 and net price 0.2 Euro, then I ordered the PO , I checked in backend system and found that a copy of PO is created.

After a week I changed the PO quantity to 800 and net price to 0.25 Euro, now the problem is that the changes are not reflected in the backend sytem as a result of which I am not able to do the confiramtion.

Pleas provide me the input why the backend system is not updated.

Hi make sure that the clean_reqreq_up job is running in the background. You may also with to try running the job manualy.

Hi Tracey,

I checked the background job and I didnt find any abnormality. I noticed one thing for this user communication error was establised in T-code SM58, hence when I ordered the PO again after few days I was able to sent the PO to vendor.

The problem is solved now, thanks for you help
