is there a way to extend multiple partners for a division

Hi All,

say a customer(sold to) has 25 partners attached to it. you have to extend this customer to a new division.

whn u extend in XD01, the related customer partners doesnt gets extended. Is there a way to do this rather than doing one by one through XD01.

Dear Keshi,

For your Requirment you can Define Common Division. and assign all your divisions to Common Division.

Create Customer master under common division, so that that particular customer can access to all divisions.

No need to Extend customer master Division Wise.

Revert if you need more clarity.

Hi Keshini Weeras...,

For that you can use LSMW or BDC. For this u need to maintain the required data in the excel sheet and upload it in the LSMW or BDC.And moreover it is a one step as u desired rather than doing it for each customer master.
