No Inquiry Button when using 'Decsion for Entire Document' in Complete WF

Hi Exerpts,

I'm using SRM 7.0, Process Contorlled Workflow.

When using 'item-based Decision for Entire Document' in complete WF, there is 'Inquiry' option on item level. But when using 'Decision for Entire Document' in complete WF, there is no 'Inquiry' button. Is that standard or whether I miss some configuration?

You can use 'item-based Decision for Entire Document' if you need inquery. No big difference.

You should have "Inquiry" button on the header. It is working fine for us.

Please share the process level config you are using.

I use the standard process schema 3C_SC_600_001.

The level type is 'approval with completion'

Evl ID is '3EV_SC_600_001_100'

Resp Resolver name is 'RR_MANAGER'

Task ID is '40007953'

Decision Type is 'Decision for Entire Document'

Hello Darcy,

Inquiry button is only available with completion Tasks. For shopping cart, you have to use task ID 40007952.

This should work.

I tried 40007952 before, it didn't work. Actually in OIF configuration, i also couldn't see inquiry button. Do you have 'inquiry' button in your SC OIF configuration? What's it event id? Maybe i can make it by myself by webdynpro enhancement. Many thanks.

We are using completion approval for entire document for RFx approval & we have the Inquiry button on header. I assume with 40007952 Inquiry button should be there in SC as well. I can try tomorrow for SC as well & update.

Meantime, you should open a OSS message & confirm from SAP.
