Can anyone please tell me the procedure to create or show two planning tables in the Interactive planning area apart from the regular table and a graph?

You can have two planning tables in intercactive planning,
To config the same, go to the planning book change mode with t.code
/SAPAPO/SDP8B - Define Planning Book
in the dataview tab, you can find the option at down left as table two.

The above are SAP standard tables.
