Pricing Condition with the limit number SO.

Hello all,

Pls help me flowwing problem: How to config to allow pricing condition to be effective only for the first 3 Orders ???

Pls show to me in details, i need it to config our company's system.

Hi,

For this there is a standard development available in sap.

Follow the below steps:

1. In your price condition type - Condtion update field should be marked.

2. create condition record (vk11) - input all the data like sales area / material / price then..

3. GO TO (main menu) --> select Additional Data --> Max. number of orders : 3 and save.

As per the above this condition will be applicable for 1st 3 orders only.

As Suggested Mr Suresh.. use Condition update functionality in Pricing, this will match your requirement.

I'm assuming that the same Document type will be used to create subsequent sales orders ... in which case is there a differentiating factor for these orders, like the Delivery date for these 3 orders ...

in which case you could configure a pricing procedure and create pricing conditions with validity periods.

I need more info with regard to these 3 orders you're referring to ..
