Hello all, we are connecting to an external tax system on a Java Box. I am seeing there is an outbound queue to update the Tax Audit File on the external system. Due to some error this outbound queue is showing 'Sysfail" error message. And I only see that the size of the queue is growing buy not decreasing. We are right now seeing around 55000 transaction entries in them. Here are my questions.
1. How do I stop this queue from growing until the functional team fix the problem
2. Even when the queue is being processed, we see like it can process only about 10000 transaction in a 12 hour period. Can this be processed faster by any means.
3. How else can this be resolved? Are we looking at any potential problems to our production from the size of the queue? Is this 50000 normal?
Any help on this ASAP is highly appreciated.
UPDATE: I have one more question. Under what circumstance, do I lock / unlock the outbound queue (SMQ1).
