The best thign would be to get from XI server where you can find upto date information. I also send to your id.

Go to your XI server folders and use this path:

j2ee\cluster\server0\apps\sap.com\com.sap.xi.services

Inside com.sap.xi.services folder you'll find the jar file.

As You must know, to use the libraries You need to have the license of the product. So Basis guys in your company can help you finding those libraries.

You can get from service marketplace or from PI server.
