Firefighter parameter issue- Firefighter Owner Additional Authorization

Hi Experts,

We have configured multiple FirefighterIDs and each of these ids are owned by respective owners and assigned to respective controllers.

We have set following two parameters also

Firefighter Owner Additional Authorization --> YES

Controller Additional Authorization -->YES

Result --> is not as expected,

1. All owners - which is not assigned as owner of a partifcular FF ID -- can also view and assign Firefighter ID.

2. All owners - which is not assigned as owner of a partifcular FF ID -- can also maintain controllers for these Firefighter IDs.

Can somebody please confirm how can we solve this problem.

I remember there was an issue related to this configuration? Can you please look at Note # 1260718 and 1025241? Following these notes should resolve this particular issue.
